My Tia's Mexican Restaurant

We finally were able to make it out finally, (thanks to TikTok) and it was BEYOND WORDS! AMAZING FOOD, Huge fluffy flour tortillas, sweet tea was great! All the staff was fun and friendly. Restaurant has a good vibe, good music and we also had an amazing waitress Helena! We barely sat down and they came to us as we were pulling out our chairs to serve us. I had the cheese enchilada and my mother had the Mexican enchilada and both plates were at 10! We ate our plates and didn’t have time to snap a photo. As you come in if you come in dancing you also can get a free drink (tea or coffee). Definitely visiting again.

This place is a whole vibe. Super upbeat and welcoming. A lot of fun. The staff is interactive and attentive. The food is legit. Carne guisada is tender and flavorful. Super tacos are huge. Glad I ordered just one. My wife loves how clean the food is. No overbearing grease. Awesome tortillas. Came from the other side of town and well worth the drive.

I came here almost a year ago soon after they opened. The food was great and the tortillas were home made and delicious. At the time they even had a karaoke machine and tried to figure out how to increase their customer base. Well whatever they did worked. Today the placed was packed and the food and service were outstanding. I had the breakfast #48 The tremendous breakfast with eggs, carne guisada, potatoes and beans with 2 flour tortillas and coffee. My mom had two tacos: bean and cheese in one and chorizo con huevo in the second. The portions are large with good sized tortillas. Our waters and coffee cups stayed refilled and the waitress, although very busy, was friendly and polite. If you enter the restaurant dancing you get a free cup of coffee. And we saw people doing just that. (I wasn’t brave enough.) It’s going to be my ‘go to’ place when I come back to visit. And I visit San Antonio often. If you come for breakfast, come early because they fill up quick, but the service is so fast that you won’t have long to wait. They also offer takeout.

This gem is on the South side of San Antonio it came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The Food and home made tortillas were amazing! Service was excellent and the ambiance was great with a 2 man band. We will definitely be going back to try more items on their menu.

Food was delicious, service was great, and the atmosphere was fun! Just know the super tacos are HUGE!! The tortilla is so good. Five stars - if you’re in the area you have to try My Tia’s.

Small and quaint down the road from our cousin. She wanted to take us out for breakfast and we were not disappointed. If you enter dancing you get your coffee/tea for free so my aunt from Michigan danced her way in. The customers and staff were so much fun. Service was quick and friendly. The food was just like eating at home cooked meal. The tortillas were huge and the food was yummy. Highly recommend.

Great place! The food was hot and fresh, the tortillas soft and fluffy. My family and I enjoyed the food.
